We are a Service Provider company that provides offshore staff for customer support, sales activities, data processing, research and programming services (“Services”) to a range of clients requiring a facility and maintenance staff (“Client/s”).

This Data Privacy Policy describes the general principles, which underlie our practices for using, accessing, collecting, storing, retaining, disclosing, disposing, transferring or otherwise processing Personal Data we collect or the Clients provide. Personal Data means data which relate to a living individual who can be identified (a) from those data, or (b) from those data and other information which is in the possession of, or is likely to come into the possession of, the data controller, and includes any expression of opinion about the individual and any indication of the intentions of the data controller or any other person in respect of the individual (“Personal Data”, “Data”)

We only process the Personal Data given to us for purposes of providing the contracted services and act solely on the instructions of the Client.

We follow appropriate practices and policies agreed with our Clients for the safe handling of Data that we processes on their behalf. We do not process any Data for our own purpose or include these Data in any product, service offered to third parties, or carry out any further research, analysis or profiling activity which involves the use of any part of these Data. We do not co-mingle the Data of a Client with our Data or with other Clients.

We retain Data for no longer than necessary, taking into account any legal obligations we have or any other legal basis we have for using your Data (e.g. your consent, performance of a contract with our Client).
Confidentiality of Data
We ensure the reliability of our employees who has access to the Data and warrant that such employees and personnel have undergone appropriate training in the care, protection and handling of Data.

We maintain appropriate and sufficient technical and organisational security measures to protect the Data or information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing. We comply with any specific requirements stipulated in writing by the Client in relation to security and disclosure of Data. In addition, we allow our client to inspect this arrangement made to this end.

We do not sub-contract or outsource processing of Data to 3rd parties without the express consent of the Client. If we do, we take necessary measures to ensure the sub-contractor complies with applicable privacy law and subject them to the same obligations imposed upon us by the Client. We also give the Client the right to take action against the sub-processor, as it deems necessary to protect and safeguard its right.

We do not exercise control, nor are authorized to transfer, or purport to transfer, control of the Data to any third party, except as the law may require or if specifically instructed by the Client. In the event that we are required by law, court order, warrant, subpoena, or other legal judicial process to disclose any Data to any person other than the Client who provided the Data, we will notify the Client and will furnish all reasonable assistance to enable Client to respond or object to, or challenge, any such demands, requests, inquiries or complaints and to meet applicable statutory or regulatory deadlines.
Breach of Data
Upon receipt of the Client’s Data, we take responsibility for preserving the integrity of the Data and prevent it against corruption or loss. If at any time we suspect or has reason to believe that the Data may have been corrupted, lost or sufficiently degraded in any way for any reason, we will notify the client immediately and advise the remedial action required and cooperate in any investigation required.

We notify client within 72 hours of discovery of any accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure of, or access to their Data (“Security Breach”). We provide a detailed description of Security Breach, the type of data that was the subject of the Security Breach and the identity of each affected person as soon as such information can be collected or otherwise becomes available, as well as any other information the client may reasonably request relating to the Security Breach. We will take action immediately to investigate the Security Breach and to identify, prevent and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of any such Security Breach and with the Client’s consent, carry out any recovery or other action necessary to remedy the Security Breach.
