THE OSI RECRUITMENT PROCESS
  • Definition of Parameters. Confirmation of your exact and complete requirements and establish the profile of candidates to be considered.

  • Sourcing is done through the following methodologies:
    • Tri-Media Advertisement
    • Job Fairs
    • Maintenance of Computer Talent Bank (Database)
    • Nationwide Network of Contacts

  • Pre-qualification. OSI will screen and evaluate the candidates through resume analysis, in-depth interviews, skill and aptitude testing and initial reference check.

  • Short-listing and on-line transmittal of candidates to the manager/s requesting for the post, both in the Philippines and USA or Europe.

  • Interview Schedule. OSI will arrange Interview with the local manager/s and abroad on a schedule most suitable to the client and reasonable for the candidates.

  • Feedback. You will provide feedback about each candidate for OSI to better understand your needs and requirements and to find the best match.

  • Selection Process. You will select the most suitable candidates based on your standards and communicate it with OSI.

  • Contract Signing. OSI can assist in the preparation of Offer of Employment and the Employment Contract and discuss the benefits and policies of your company.

  • Endorsement. Will give all the documents pertaining to the employee.
