HR OUTSOURCING
OSI will hire a recruiter that will provide recruitment-related services to you. This recruiter will be dedicated to your account and will be available 40 hours a week to serve your recruitment requirements.
The recruiter to be assigned to your company will have at least 2-5 years experience, depending on your requirements, in recruiting professionals. This person will be reporting directly to your HR manager. Your HR manager will provide the recruiter with deliverables that will be the basis for his/her evaluation.

MIS SUPPORT SERVICES
On occasions that you need an extra hand to maintain your computer and network systems, you can contact OSI to request for an MIS expert or staff to handle your IT support needs. Since we operate 24x5, our technical support work around the clock and there are times that the schedules of our tech experts overlap. Being an IT Consultant, we have excellent in-house software and hardware tech professionals who are capable to handle specific IT support, from simple network design and set-up services to facility management.
All members of our MIS support team, including the officers of OSI, can sign a non-disclosure, non-circumvention agreement to protect the interest and confidentiality of client information. An NDA is also signed between OSI and the client.

The management services to be provided by OSI includes project tracking and maintenance, enhancements including quality review and compliance audits, support services such as Administrative / IT / Finance and Human Resources.
The minimum monthly management fee varies depending on the size of the operation. The duration of this stage shall be mutually agreed upon.

PAYROLL AND BENEFITS
OSI will handle your payroll by assigning a dedicated payroll master. Our services include:
Computation of payroll twice every month at the option of the client using our in-house software.
Generate and distribute payslip every pay period.
Attendance and leave credits monitoring.
Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Collection Report to Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF or Pag-ibig), Social Security System (SSS) and Philheath.
Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Loan Remittance.
Liaise in paying government contributions and loans to agency concerned
Submission of monthly report (Withholding Tax on Compensation) and Annual report (Alphalist) to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Preparation of Certificate of Employee’s Contribution and Certificate of Employment (COE), certifications of contributions to SSS, HDMF, and Philhealth and loan repayments to SSS and HDMF, if requested.
Preparation of Certificate of Compensation Payment / Tax Withheld (Form 2316).
Computation of final pay of retiring, resigning, or separated employees.
