OSI team members are very fluent in English. We currently use English and Tagalog ( Filipino Language ) within the organization.

Many are locals and some are foreign nationals living in the Philippines. We can help you process their local working permits. We have assigned several multi-lingual candidates to clients.

Our model for billing is done on a per headcount basis. Our costs are calculated based on the skill set of consultants assigned to our clients.
